About the Farmhouse Forty

We own 40 acres of property just north of Stuart, Iowa. We raise and breed goats, chickens, and ornamental ducks-mandarin ducks and Wood Ducks.

Here is a list of our breeds:

Goats: Nubians, Mini Nubians, and Nigerian Dwarf

Chickens: Amerucana, Americana, Buff Orpingtons, Plymouth Barred Rocks and Easter Eggers (We have some really cool ones we call silver foxes because of their unique silver color!)

Ducks: Mandarins and Mallards
